What artwork file should I send for printing?
A print ready PDF is preferred. AI, EPS and high resolution PNG files are also acceptable. We can review bleed, size, resolution, color setup and print suitability before printing.
Can I request express printing in KL for urgent jobs?
Express printing can be arranged for selected jobs, depending on quantity, material, finishing and artwork readiness. For urgent KL printing requests, send your file early so we can check the artwork and confirm the fastest production option.
Can you help check my artwork before printing?
Yes. We can help review artwork setup, bleed, size, resolution and print suitability before production to reduce mistakes.
Do I need to prepare bleed for the artwork?
If your design has background color or images extending to the edge, bleed is recommended. If you are not sure, just send us the file and we will advise you.
Can I request other material or special finishing?
Yes. If you need a different card stock, texture or finishing such as embossing, foil or custom lamination, just let us know and we can quote accordingly.
Can you arrange delivery for printing orders in Malaysia?
